Some days I’m more risky than others.
What about you?
How often do you wake up and wish that you were living in a different city? Worked a different job, where you actually use your skill set or degree? Would have asked that girl out, or let that guy make eye contact with you? Didn’t have a mortgage, or car payment or be indebted to vanity?
Be honest… or die.
Clearly this isn’t a physical death, and if you begin lying to yourself or rationalizing your fears, your heart isn’t going to stop.
Or will it?
So many people have died from the inside, an entire world of zombies stuck in groundhog day. Living for the next let down. Stuck in the mindset of wishing that their life looked differently, in one way or another.
A couple months ago, I was talking to an acquaintance of mine named Dianna who asked the usual question, “If you could do anything, what would you do?” She was completely taken back by my answer, which was, “I’m doing it”.
There are truly no words to express the amount of freedom, joy and life that comes from overcoming our fears and taking the risk!
I want you to live… not just be alive, but really live!
If you think I’m crazy and don’t believe that a safe life is a miserable existence… ask an older person if they regret not taking the risk!
